RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using lists of qualified prospects provided, start the sales process by calling such prospects to obtain further information and make appointments for Relationship managers

• Initiate tele-sale calls to existing customers to increase bank product usage, cross-sell targeted products, or make an appointment for the Account Manager

• Receive walk-in customers and field phone inquiries by sales officers

• Serve as the customer contact point for the Sales Team

• Assist in customer related transactions, documentations, and coordination

• Provide sales support work to enhance sales team productivity

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 to 2 years work experience in banking, trading, or sales office which can demonstrate the effectiveness in a supporting role

• University graduate

• Good knowledge about local environment and ability to handle sales customer call logistic arrangement

• Articulate and persuasive over the phone

• Organized ability, good interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge about banking transactions or the ability to pick up such knowledge in a short period of time
